5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FreeWebToApk to:

• Create APKs for websites you don't own or have permission to convert
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Create apps that impersonate other companies or individuals
• Violate Google Play Store policies (for published apps)
• Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
• Create apps with illegal content
• Overload or attempt to disrupt our services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That generated APKs will be accepted by all app stores
• That all websites will convert successfully
• Compatibility with all Android devices

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartrixLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartrixLabs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
